Our Math Problem Today!
Mrs. Bradbury tells the class about the cows that live on his farm.
Use pictures, words, and/or numbers to show how you solve Mrs. Bradbury's question.
I have 86 cows on my farm. I can put my cows into 3 different fields. Each field can hold up to 30 cows. How many cows do you think I should put in each field?
Reminders:
-It is still Safety Week at ROS. Tomorrow we will have two different practice drills, including a lockdown and evacuation.
-This year, students have the great opportunity to visit the Calgary Public Library book truck which will park outside of our school.
Mrs. Sticksl's class gets to go tomorrow! All students will be able to look at the books, however, only students with a library card may sign out a book to bring home. If you have a Public Library card, and have not yet shared the number with your classroom teacher, please do so by email tonight or return a sheet with their number on it tomorrow. If you have already shared this information, no further action is required. I understand students can register for a card at home on the CPL website. Courtney Sticksl: costicksl@cbe.ab.ca Mrs. Craig's class will attend on Oct 4th.
-Thursday evening and Friday morning are parent conferences. We cannot wait to meet you and talk about your child and their learning.
