Inca Textiles
Students today explored the concept of perimeter. The perimeter is the distance around an object.
Students practiced finding the perimeter of regular shapes. Then, students looked at Inca textiles from Peru and found irregular shapes. They analyzed Inca textiles to find the perimeter of the patterns & designs.
